How it works

Your storefront connects to ShipCube through one of 30+ native integrations — Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento, TikTok Shop, Salla and more. The connection takes about 12 minutes; from then on orders flow in automatically, tracking numbers push back to your store, and inventory levels sync in real time across every sales channel.

Inside the warehouse, orders pick and pack to your brand standard — packaging, inserts, presentation — and leave the building the same day they arrive. Our Vertex-AI-powered platform routes each order to the optimal facility, so a customer in Texas is served from Dallas while a customer in Amsterdam ships from the EU gateway, without you managing any of it.

Where it runs

D2C fulfillment is live at every ShipCube location — all under one month-to-month agreement:

Related services

Most D2C brands pair fulfillment with discounted multi-carrier shipping, managed returns, and kitting & assembly for bundles and gift sets. High-return categories benefit from the returns intelligence built into every plan.

The AI layer under every order

AI is built into every ShipCube plan rather than sold as an add-on tier. For D2C volume, three capabilities do the heavy lifting: demand forecasting predicts stock needs by location so bestsellers never strand on the wrong coast; intelligent order routing picks the optimal facility for each order the moment it lands; and anomaly detection flags unusual patterns — a sudden order spike, potential fraud — before they hit your P&L. Compare that with legacy 3PLs where AI, if present at all, is a reporting add-on on higher tiers.

Everything is visible in one dashboard: live inventory, order status and cost breakdowns, from any device. Tracking pushes back to your storefront automatically, so customer service never asks the warehouse where an order is.

From signature to first shipment: ~12 days

D2C onboarding follows a three-step arc. Days 1–2: connect your store — the integration itself takes about 12 minutes. Days 3–7: send inventory to your chosen locations; our AI recommends the split across facilities based on where your customers actually are. Days 8–12: QA and live test orders before real volume flows. A dedicated account manager owns the process from day one, and because plans are month-to-month, the exit cost of trying it is essentially zero.

D2C fulfillment FAQ

How fast can we go live?
About 12 days on average: store integration on days 1–2, inventory receiving on days 3–7, QA and test orders on days 8–12.
Do you support multiple sales channels at once?
Yes — orders from all connected channels flow into the same dashboard, and inventory updates in real time everywhere you sell.
What if my volume is small?
There is no minimum order volume. Start on the Starter tier and your rates improve automatically as volume grows.
Can you fulfill internationally too?
Yes — the same agreement covers the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands and India, with customs, VAT and last-mile handled locally in cross-border markets.
