Fulfillment in India — ShipCube’s New Delhi Hub
New Delhi is ShipCube’s South Asia hub, live now as one of our 8 locations across 4 continents — bringing Indian fulfillment under the same single agreement as your US, European and Gulf operations.
South Asia on the same agreement
India rounds out ShipCube’s current map: the US network (Philadelphia, Fresno, Dallas), the Gulf (Dubai, Riyadh), Europe (Amsterdam) and New Delhi — with Tokyo coming soon. Every location, current and future, lives under one month-to-month agreement with no minimum order volume, so India is a market you switch on rather than a vendor you procure.
Operationally, New Delhi runs the same playbook as the rest of the network: same WMS, same dashboard, same 99% order accuracy SLA, and the same AI-driven inventory recommendations that keep stock where your orders actually are.
Services available in New Delhi
D2C orders pick, pack and ship same-day against your brand standards. Returns are inspected, graded and restocked according to your rules, keeping Indian inventory data accurate in real time on the shared dashboard.
Connect once, sell everywhere
Your storefront plugs into New Delhi through the same 30+ integrations as every other hub — Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento, TikTok Shop and more. A single integration (about 12 minutes to connect) covers every ShipCube market you activate, with orders, tracking and inventory syncing automatically.
Pricing at a glance
India fulfillment uses the same transparent, volume-based rate card as the rest of the network, with market specifics confirmed at onboarding.
| Line item | Starter | Growth | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order receiving (D2C) | $1.25 / order | $1.00 / order | $0.80 / order |
| Each pick | $0.25 / unit | $0.25 / unit | $0.20 / unit |
| Pallet storage | $25 / pallet / mo | $21 / pallet / mo | $17 / pallet / mo |
| Inserts | $0.10 / unit | $0.07 / unit | $0.05 / unit |
| Account setup | $100 | Waived | Waived |
Rates are indicative, taken from ShipCube’s published 2026 rate card; final pricing depends on SKU count, packaging and volume, and is confirmed at onboarding.
Going live in about 12 days
New Delhi onboarding follows the standard 12-day arc: storefront integration on days 1–2 (about 12 minutes of setup), inventory receiving on days 3–7, then QA and live test orders on days 8–12, guided by a dedicated account manager on month-to-month terms.
