Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ShipCube LLC ("ShipCube," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit shipcube.com (the "Site") or interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
ShipCube LLC is an AI-native third-party logistics (3PL) provider headquartered at 2894 S Orange Ave, Fresno, CA 93725, USA. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@shipcube.com or +1 (559) 931-3893.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide — when you book a call (via our Calendly scheduling tool), email us, or send a message through the on-site AI assistant, we receive details such as your name, email, company, phone, order volume, and the content of your message.
- AI assistant conversations — messages you type into the "Ask ShipCube" assistant are processed to generate a response. Where AI responses are powered by a third-party model provider, your message text is sent to that provider to produce the answer.
- Approximate location — we may use a third-party geo-IP service to detect your approximate country (from your IP address) to show region-relevant content. We do not use this to identify you personally.
- Usage & device data — like most websites, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data via cookies and similar technologies.
- Preferences — we store your theme (light/dark) and cookie choices in your browser's local storage.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, schedule calls, and provide quotes and services.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and the AI assistant.
- To personalize content (e.g., region-relevant messaging).
- To send service or marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and business — for example, our scheduling provider (Calendly), our AI model provider, our geo-IP provider, hosting, and analytics vendors — under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. International transfers
ShipCube operates across the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands (EU), and India. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, to remember your preferences, and to understand traffic. You can control non-essential cookies through the cookie banner shown on your first visit and via your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@shipcube.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
