Fulfillment Center in Dubai — ShipCube’s UAE Hub

Dubai is ShipCube’s international hub and one of our most active markets: 50,000 sq ft of live fulfillment capacity that lets US and global brands sell into the UAE without building their own Gulf operation.

Enter the GCC without a second contract

The usual way into the Gulf is a new 3PL, a new agreement, and months of setup. ShipCube’s model is different: the same month-to-month agreement that covers our US network — Philadelphia, Fresno and Dallas — also covers Dubai. Activate the market when you’re ready; there is no separate UAE contract and no minimum volume.

Cross-border friction is handled on our side: customs clearance, VAT and last-mile delivery are managed locally by ShipCube. Dubai pairs naturally with our Riyadh hub for brands targeting both UAE and Saudi customers, and our AI platform recommends how to split inventory between the two.

Who ships from Dubai

The hub is especially strong for skincare, beauty and fashion brands entering the GCC from the US — categories where fast local delivery matters most. Orders pick and pack with same-day processing, the same 99% order accuracy SLA as every ShipCube facility, and full service coverage:

Integrations and visibility

Dubai runs on the same Vertex-AI-powered platform as the rest of the network: 30+ storefront integrations (including Salla — widely used in the Gulf — plus Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop), real-time inventory sync, and one dashboard showing order status and cost breakdowns across every market you sell in.

Pricing at a glance

UAE fulfillment uses the same transparent rate card as the US network — one price list, one agreement, with any cross-border specifics confirmed at onboarding.

Going live in about 12 days

A Dubai launch can be live in as little as 9–12 days: storefront integration on days 1–2, inventory positioning on days 3–7 while ShipCube arranges customs clearance, and QA with live test orders on days 8–12. Brands already fulfilling with ShipCube in the US skip the paperwork entirely — the UAE is an activation, not a new contract.
